OUR FOCUS

We offer a 72-hour guarantee on all services. If a nail breaks, chips, or lifts within 72 hours of your appointment, we’ll fix it at no charge. This guarantee does not cover changes in shape, length, color, or design.

OUR GUARANTEE

Please be mindful of the start and end time of your services. We ask that you not arrive more than 10 minutes before the time of your scheduled service. If you are getting nail art, we highly encourage you to allow extra time in your schedule and not be rushed in case more time is needed to complete the requested art.

When booking online, you may be asked to adjust your requested time by 15 to 30 minutes to help optimize our daily calendar. This minor adjustment ensures we don't leave gaps in the schedule that prevent other clients from booking an open slot.

APPOINTMENT TIME

Late cancellations equal a loss of income for our employees. We appreciate you honoring their time and commitment.

CANCELLATIONS

To help us maintain a calm and relaxing environment for all of our clients, we kindly ask that appointments be attended solo. This includes children, babies, animals, and partners, as our space is designed to provide a peaceful, uninterrupted experience. If you have an additional guest, we will treat it as a cancellation.

To preserve a peaceful environment, all clients and virtual meetings must be taken with headphones.

A dry manicure technique that uses an electric file to flawlessly clear away dead cuticle skin, giving you an ultra-clean look that allows polish to be applied closer to the cuticle so your manicure can last up to 3-4 weeks.

- Moisturize your cuticles regularly.
- Avoid picking at your nails.
- Avoid using your nails as tools to open packages or scrape things. 
- Wear gloves while cleaning and washing dishes.

1. Manual Cleanse & Scrub | Using antibacterial soap and brushes, we thoroughly scrub every tool to remove surface particles and lay the foundation for complete sterilization. 

2. Ultrasonic Debris Removal | Next, tools are submerged in a specialized Ultrasonic Cleansing Machine for a full 10-minute cycle. This advanced technology uses high-frequency sound waves to create microscopic bubbles that lift and eliminate 100% of hidden debris from even the smallest crevices.

3. Autoclave Sterilization | As the final step, instruments are sealed into individual pouches and processed in a medical-grade Autoclave. By utilizing high-pressure, saturated steam, this process achieves 100% medical-grade sterilization, completely destroying all microbial life
